3 Essentials — Teacher Portal
3P Learning's products — Reading Eggs, Writing Legends, Mathletics and Mathseeds — reach over 20 million students across 16,000+ schools. I worked closely with the team to unify four separate teacher portals into one, from research through to shipped design.
The problem
Four products meant four logins and four different ways of managing students, and school admins repeated the same manual work migrating classes every school year.
The work
Collaborated with product, engineering and the wider team to build a single portal with one login and full visibility across all four products, automated year-level transitions, added usage reporting for renewal conversations, and a student-matching tool to resolve name mismatches across systems.
